L'esecutore del New York Daily News ha detto: "Con le recenti segnalazioni che dimostrano che uno su quattro ragazze adolescenti ha un MST (malattie a trasmissione sessuale) e che rimangono in gravidanza,riteniamo che Miley possa trasmettere il messaggio di sesso sicuro per tutti i ragazzi Americani".
Il portavoce della star però insiste sul fatto che lei non prende in considerazione l'offerta.
